Cause

Codex App 通过 `create_thread` 委派创建新任务时，会在首轮请求的 `input` 末尾注入一个 `function_call_output` 条目。该条目缺少 `call_id`，前面也没有对应的 `function_call`；DeepSeek `/v1/responses` 因此返回 HTTP 422。issue 中报告同一线程后续请求仍然失败。

维护者回复称原因在客户端或供应商一侧，CC Switch 无法从根本上修复，并关闭了 issue。报告者提出丢弃孤立条目或补齐配对调用作为预期处理方式，但 issue 没有确认这些方案已实施或可作为用户侧修复。
