Cause

Codex 在 thinking 模式的后续请求中会携带 reasoning 项。经 CC Switch 本地代理转换为 DeepSeek chat 接口时，上游要求将 `reasoning_content` 原样回传；未满足该要求时会返回 HTTP 400，随后 Codex 可能出现 stream broken。

已有用户确认，将 DeepSeek 的高级选项从默认改为原生模式可以解决。另有在 CC Switch 3.16.5 上复现的报告表明，单纯升级未必有效；将 Codex 的 reasoning effort 关闭后，多轮工具调用不再触发该错误。
