Site update: all 361 topic pages are bilingual

What changed

Section titled “What changed”
  • All 361 troubleshooting topics now have English mirrors.
  • Chinese and English use /zh/ and /en/. Switching languages keeps the reader on the same problem instead of returning to the homepage.
  • Pagefind builds separate indexes by language, so English error text finds English pages without mixing Chinese results.
  • Every page pair emits zh-CN, en, and x-default hreflang links, while each canonical URL points to itself.
  • The custom homepage, indexes, components, and footer are bilingual. Error output, commands, paths, and GitHub issue links remain unchanged.
