Config file sync delay: CC Switch cloud sync directory

Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”目前只有 CC Switch 退出或重启才会触发文件变更和同步Currently, file changes and sync are triggered only when CC Switch exits or restarts.
When the config directory is inside a cloud sync directory such as OneDrive or 坚果云, the database also contains runtime data, including request and health check records. Frequent writes increase sync traffic and can delay synchronization. Another report found that config changes after adding a provider seemed to trigger file changes and sync only when CC Switch exited or restarted. A maintainer said the request data table's sync behavior had been adjusted and request data was periodically settled and compressed. A reply to the other issue recommended upgrading to 4.0 and using built-in WebDAV / S3 sync; it did not confirm that using a third-party cloud drive directory was fixed in the latest version.
After upgrading to 4.0, try built-in WebDAV / S3 cloud sync in the “Data” section of Settings.
If you still want to keep the config directory in a third-party cloud drive directory, retest on the latest version and report the cloud drive software, CC Switch version, and whether cc-switch.db's modification time changes after adding a provider.

- Why doesn't another computer get the latest config immediately after I add a provider?
- The report says that when the config directory is in a cloud sync directory, file changes and sync are triggered only when CC Switch exits or restarts. The maintainer recommended upgrading to 4.0 and using built-in WebDAV / S3 sync. If you still use a third-party cloud drive directory, retest and provide the cloud drive name, version, and cc-switch.db modification time.
- Can frequent database writes affect cloud drive sync?
- The report says switching providers, requests, and health checks write to the database, causing frequent uploads, longer sync delays, or faster upload traffic consumption. The maintainer replied that the request data table had been excluded from sync and request data was periodically settled and compressed.
