Only the Last Logged-in Codex Account Is Retained

Quick fix

Authentication for multiple official accounts in the same ChatGPT Team overwrites each other. No verifiable fix was provided; follow main issue #2245.

Cause

The report states that after authenticating Account A and then Account B from the same ChatGPT Team in CC Switch, the account list retains only the later Account B. The reporter speculated that this could relate to deduplication by Team, workspace, or organization information, or to maintaining only one global authentication state; these are unverified guesses.
