Cause

In Windows cc-switch 3.13.0, clicking the open-terminal button next to the Claude Code provider first opens a folder selection dialog. The maintainer explained that it selects the terminal working directory; it does not mean opening the terminal failed.

This interaction was a temporary measure before the working-directory feature was released. The original issue provides no verified way to skip the folder selection dialog.

   In the dialog, select the relevant project folder to use as the Claude Code terminal working directory.

   After selecting the project, open the CLI.
