Unable to switch providers through CC Switch in Claude Desktop

The issue appears to be on the Claude Desktop client or provider side; CC Switch cannot fix it at its root.
Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”无法通过ccswitch注入Claude desktop的3p配置或切换供应商Unable to inject a 3p configuration into Claude desktop or switch providers through ccswitch.
The user found that Claude Desktop was using a configuration file different from `00000000-0000-4000-8000-000000157210.json`, which CC Switch maintains. Even after manual import, the client continued using another file. A comment adds that `_meta.json` points to this file as expected, but the configuration file actually in use is hidden and not visible to the operating system; it can only be seen in Claude Desktop's Import configuration. After investigating, the maintainer concluded that the issue was on the client or provider side and could not be fixed at its root by CC Switch.
The maintainer suggested trying an upgrade to 4.0. If the issue persists after upgrading, report it again with the version and reproduction steps.
