Does Automatic Claude Subscription Balance Refresh Log Proxy IPs?

Section titled “Symptom”如果这时候ccs开着，那这个账号是不是有跑香港ip的记录了？If cc-switch is open at this point, does that mean this account has a record of using a Hong Kong IP?
The reporter wanted to know whether, while using Claude Code through a Taiwan residential IP proxy and then switching to a Hong Kong IP after exiting Claude Code while cc-switch remained open, automatic usage refresh for the official subscription plan would create a Hong Kong IP record. The issue provides no answer or reproduction results.
The maintainer closed the issue because the v4.0 interface and configuration writing behavior had changed, and suggested reopening it with the version and reproduction steps if the problem persisted after upgrading. The comments did not answer whether the proxy IP is recorded.
