Cannot start cc-switch; cc-switch --version produces no output

This report occurred in WSL on Ubuntu: cc-switch could not start, and running `cc-switch --version` produced no output. The maintainer said startup failures may be related to Tauri 2 having higher system-environment requirements, but the thread provided no further diagnostic results or confirmed root cause.

The maintainer recommended reinstalling first, and also suggested trying the CLI version at `https://github.com/SaladDay/cc-switch-cli`. The issue was closed, but the reporter did not confirm recovery in the discussion, so its closed status should not be treated as fixed.
