Upgrade CC Switch to v3.20.4; it converts image detail: "original" to a value accepted upstream.

Cause

Codex's `view_image` tool marks images with `detail: "original"`. When CC Switch converts Codex requests to Chat format, it passes this value through unchanged, but strict Chat upstreams accept only `auto`, `low`, or `high`, so the entire request is rejected.

Codex replays conversation history in later requests. Once the history contains one of these tool images, subsequent requests can keep failing. This was fixed in v3.20.4: proxy conversion rewrites `original` to `auto`. After upgrading, continue sending messages in the existing conversation to recover.

Fix

  1. Upgrade CC Switch to v3.20.4.

  2. After upgrading, continue sending messages in the existing conversation; the proxy converts the historical image `detail` value on every request, so no new conversation is needed.
