provider_endpoints.url Still Requests the Old Address After Changing Codex base_url

After changing the Codex provider’s base_url, set provider_endpoints.url to the same new address to restore the model list.

Cause

In a Windows report on cc-switch 3.16.5, after saving a new Codex provider base_url, settings_config.config.base_url was updated, but provider_endpoints.url retained the old address. As a result, fetching the model list or sending a test request could reach the old upstream. The reporter manually changed provider_endpoints.url to match base_url, after which the model list worked again. Another comment mentioned that after changing the Codex configuration file address, the default configuration file address in CC Switch did not change, so the change was not applied to Codex. The comment did not say whether this was the same mechanism or a separate issue.
