Unknown parameter: 'input[N].status' Claude Code

Quick fix

Update to the replay allowlist fix so Claude Code filters the reasoning-envelope status field when resuming Codex OAuth sessions.

Error output
API Error: 400 Unknown parameter: 'input[2].status'.

When Claude Code resumes a session through the Codex OAuth bridge, cc-switch replays historical reasoning envelopes. Starting at 2026-10-03T05:35Z, the backend added `status: "completed"` to reasoning output, but the Responses input schema does not accept this field, so replay returns 400.

The fix uses an allowlist in the `thinking` and `redacted_thinking` replay branches of `transform_responses.rs`, retaining only `encrypted_content`, `id`, `summary`, and `type`. This also cleans existing historical envelopes; changing only the producer cannot fix existing sessions.

  1. Use a cc-switch version that includes the replay allowlist fix, then resume the original Claude Code session again; the fix filters fields outside the input schema, including `status`, during replay.
