After starting cc, it directly overwrote my old configuration.

Cause

Both issues report that Claude Code manual settings, including hook or plugin settings, were lost after using cc-switch. #6021 also describes the issue in routing mode: edits made in routing mode were lost after switching to non-routing mode or reopening cc-switch. This was not reported when switching from non-routing mode to routing mode or switching providers.

The maintainer recommended reading “Why did my plugin configuration disappear?” in the README. When closing #6021, the maintainer noted that v4.0 substantially changed the interface and how configuration is written, and suggested upgrading and providing the version and reproduction steps if the issue persists. The issue did not provide specific configuration changes.
