auth.json Not Taking Effect, Codex Official Channel Cannot Authenticate
Quick fix
Upgrade to 4.0 or later, then retest authentication by switching Codex to the official channel.
Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”没有任何效果,无法登录官方渠道No effect; unable to log in to the official channel.
The issue was reported in CC Switch 3.18 through 3.19.2. The maintainer said that 4.0 rewrote Codex switching: when switching to the official channel, login information and the configuration file are written together; when switching to a third-party channel, official login information is temporarily stored locally and restored automatically when switching back to the official channel. The configuration is validated before it is committed. The older logic may therefore have prevented a logged-in Codex account from being applied to the official channel. The issue did not confirm that upgrading resolved the problem.
Upgrade to 4.0 or later, switch Codex to the official channel again, and retest authentication.
If the issue still occurs, provide the issue with the CC Switch version, Codex version, and logs from ~/.cc-switch/logs/cc-switch.log captured while switching.

- If official authentication still fails after upgrading to the latest version, what information should I provide?
- The maintainer requests the CC Switch version, Codex version, and the logs from ~/.cc-switch/logs/cc-switch.log at the time of switching.
