Hermes Agent cannot discover skills in subdirectories

Cause

The report states that CC Switch checks only direct subdirectories of the skill root for `SKILL.md` and does not recursively enter category directories. Therefore, when Hermes stores skills in nested categories, both the category directories and their skills are skipped.

A follow-up report notes that, beyond list scanning, `import_from_apps()` also uses a flat directory structure. As a result, importing nested skills from applications also does not work. This is a feature request: the original post suggests recursive scanning, a settings switch, and a depth limit, but no merged or verified fix has been provided.
