The Add Provider button disappeared in cc-switch
Quick fix
Maximize or widen the window. If the button remains obscured in an older version, upgrade to v3.19.2 or v4.0.6.
Symptom

In older versions, the top app switcher can take up space in a narrow window and cover the Add Provider button in the upper-right corner. Related issues also report that the button is missing in Claude Desktop mode and that the Claude Code and Codex pages lack an Add button. Some users found it by widening or maximizing the window. The maintainer said v3.19.2 fixed the header button being obscured when all apps are enabled, and v4.0 moved app switching to the sidebar.
Maximize the cc-switch window or drag its right edge to widen it, then check whether the “+” button appears in the upper-right corner.
If you are using an older version and the button is still obscured, upgrade to v3.19.2 or later; the maintainer recommends upgrading to v4.0.6.
