Symptom

`ANTHROPIC_CUSTOM_HEADERS`, `ANTHROPIC_DEFAULT_HAIKU_MODEL`, `API_TIMEOUT_MS`, and others are all lost.

Cause

In Claude Code's Provider Deep Link import, the preview could read the full env block from the config parameter, but saving previously only wrote the standard fields mapped from URL parameters, causing custom env fields to be lost.

PR #2929 implements the fix: the importer first preserves the extra env fields from the inline config, then lets URL parameters override the standard Provider fields.

   Reopen and confirm the import of the original Deep Link; after importing, verify in the Provider editor that custom env fields such as `ANTHROPIC_CUSTOM_HEADERS` still exist.
