Codex delete button disabled and grey

Quick fix

This issue has no confirmed fix; in cc-switch 3.20.4, a disabled delete button can keep an incorrect provider configuration active.

The delete button does not work; it is grey.

Cause

Section titled “Cause”

The reporter created a provider in Codex that initially worked. They later created a provider on the Gemini page that did not work. Even after its configuration was deleted, the provider could not be disabled, and Codex continued to show the second provider's configuration and could not be used.

The issue contains no maintainer response or verified fix. Therefore, the exact relationship between the disabled delete button, provider enabled state, and the configuration remaining active cannot be confirmed.
