Unable to apply reverse proxy to Claude Code VS Code plugin

However, even after I checked the `应用到Claude Code插件` option in settings, the Antigravity reverse proxy quota still was not available in claude code for VS Code.

Cause

The Claude Code for VS Code plugin provider can switch with the CLI. The user in issue #706 later found that leftover Zhipu relay settings in VS Code `settings.json` prevented CC-Switch from switching providers; deleting those settings and reinstalling the plugin restored normal operation. The maintainer also suggested turning “Apply to Claude Code plugin” off and back on. Another user encountered `upstream_error`, and the request did not reach Antigravity Manager, but the discussion did not confirm that this had the same cause. The maintainer suggested checking the Antigravity Manager configuration and first verifying that Gemini CLI could connect normally. Issue #6072 is a separate Edge history issue and is outside this page’s scope.

Fix

  1. Enable “Apply to Claude Code plugin” in CC-Switch so the VS Code plugin’s provider switches with the CLI.

  2. If the plugin still uses the old provider, check VS Code `settings.json` and remove the previous Zhipu relay settings; the issue reporter resolved the problem by deleting them and reinstalling the Claude Code for VS Code plugin.

  3. If switching still does not take effect, try turning “Apply to Claude Code plugin” off and back on.
