New-format conversations are invisible in OpenCode

Quick fix

Upgrade CC Switch to 4.0 to read OpenCode 2.x new-format sessions and V1/V2 sessions in the same database.

Symptom

会话管理看不到新会话：只列出旧V1会话（本机 31 条，最后写入2026-09-29；10-03起写入`session_v2`的新会话（当前 9 条）完全不可见。
English translation

Session management does not show new sessions: it lists only old V1 sessions (31 locally, last written on 2026-09-29); new sessions written to `session_v2` starting 10-03 (currently 9) are completely invisible.

Cause

Older session managers do not support the new OpenCode 2.x session format, so they show only old V1 sessions and cannot display new sessions in `session_v2`. The maintainer confirmed that support for the new OpenCode 2.x format and mixed V1/V2 sessions in the same database is included in CC Switch 4.0.

Fix

  1. Upgrade CC Switch to 4.0, then check whether the new OpenCode sessions appear.

  2. If they are still invisible after upgrading, provide the CC Switch version and the OpenCode session database path in the issue, and explain whether V1/V2 sessions are mixed in one database or stored in separate databases.
