Cause

This report concerns Claude Desktop Cowork on Windows. The user reported an error during reinitialization after a session idle timeout: uploads-tmp was under Packages but missing from AppData. The error text shows that the directory's canonical path points to LocalCache under Packages, differing from the expected AppData\Local\Claude-3p path and triggering the Private dir leaf redirects validation failure.
