Symptom

This issue is related to Codex's model catalog. The maintainer explained that the 4.0 series fixed a related problem: previously, when a template was marked as hidden by the official release, manually configured models might not appear in the /model list; a stale catalog pointer in config.toml could also cause the model mapping to fail.
This issue is still open, and the reporter has not confirmed whether upgrading resolved it. A comment mentions that cockpit tools display correctly, but does not explain how they differ from cc-switch.
Upgrade to the latest cc-switch and save the model mapping again. The upgrade link provided by the maintainer is https://github.com/farion1231/cc-switch/releases/latest.
If /model still shows only one model, provide the cc-switch version number, whether you use Codex CLI or the desktop app, and the contents of ~/.codex/config.toml, with secrets redacted first.
