会话已过期: Codex authorization refresh fails in Claude Code
Quick fix
Upgrade cc-switch: a Windows user confirmed a fix in 3.15.0. If it persists in v3.16.2 or later, reopen the original issue with details.
Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”刷新授权,显示 会话已过期Refreshing authorization displays a session expired message.
The reporter encountered an expired session while refreshing Codex authorization on macOS with cc-switch 3.14.1 and could not retrieve Codex usage as expected. The affected application was listed as Claude Code. The reporter said Codex Tools also lost authorization and suspected changes to the Codex verification interface, but the original thread did not confirm this cause.
A Windows user reported the same problem in cc-switch 3.14.1 and confirmed that updating to 3.15.0 fixed it. The maintainer said it should have been resolved in v3.15.0 and requested reopening the issue if it persisted in v3.16.2 or later. The original thread contains no verification from the macOS reporter after upgrading and no verifiable explanation of the specific fix. Closing the issue alone does not prove it was fixed in every environment.
Upgrade cc-switch from 3.14.1 to 3.15.0 or later, then refresh Codex authorization and check whether usage is available again. The Windows commenter explicitly confirmed that 3.15.0 fixed their problem; the original reporter has not confirmed the result on macOS.
If the session still expires after upgrading to v3.16.2 or later, reopen issue #2411 as requested by the maintainer and provide the version, configuration, and reproduction steps.
