Cause

The 火山引擎 Agent Plan preset in CC Switch 3.19.2 reused a generic template, producing a provider identifier, TOML section, name, and authentication method that conflict with the official specification. The template uses `requires_openai_auth = true`, while the official configuration requires authentication through `env_key = "ARK_API_KEY"` and enabling `model_supports_reasoning_summaries`.

These are two related issues that cannot both be fully resolved by the same change. After manually correcting `config.toml` and setting `ARK_API_KEY`, the Codex desktop app works normally. However, CC Switch retrieves models automatically from `{base_url}/models`, and this Agent Plan API endpoint returns 404. The official `ListArkAgentPlanModel` uses IAM HMAC-SHA256 signing and cannot directly use the Agent Plan Bearer Token, so automatic retrieval still requires separate CC Switch adaptation.
