Opus Always Shows opus4.8: Claude Code Local Routing

Upgrade to cc-switch 4.0; the maintainer said this version changed how configuration is written but did not confirm that it fixed the issue.
Symptom

On macOS with cc-switch 3.20.0, a user reported that enabling local routing overwrote Claude Code’s `default_opus_model`. Even though the custom configuration and model mapping both specified opus5, Claude CLI still showed opus4.8. After local routing was disabled, the display immediately returned to normal. Another user reported the same behavior when connecting cc-switch through ccgui.
The maintainer closed the issue because v4.0 had been released, explaining that its interface and configuration writing method had changed significantly. They recommended upgrading and, if the issue persisted, reopening the issue with the version and reproduction steps. The maintainer did not confirm that v4.0 fixed the issue.
The maintainer recommended upgrading to cc-switch 4.0. If the issue persists after upgrading, provide the version and reproduction steps, then reopen the issue.
