Cause

In this case, after switching proxies and upgrading to cc-switch 3.16.3, DeepSeek could not be reached and fetching models also failed. The reporter later confirmed the issue was a proxy port mismatch: the actual proxy port was 7897.

Fix

  2. Set the CC Switch outbound proxy to the actual proxy port; in this report, setting it to 7897 restored the connection.
