Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”出现非常多的500的请求A very large number of 500 requests appear.
The report occurred on Windows with cc-switch 3.15.0, Claude Desktop routing enabled, and configuration imported directly through the CLI. The user saw many 500 requests when switching between cowork and code modes in Claude Desktop; another comment said the issue appeared only in Claude Code in desktop, not cowork.
Some participants speculated that the requests were initiated by Claude Desktop or related to a proxy not forwarding them. Others observed in captured traffic that some requests seemed to involve Mem and configured plugin tools. These are unverified observations. The original post remains open, so neither the root cause nor fix status can be confirmed.
The original post does not provide a verifiable solution. The reporter said that after switching Claude Desktop back to the previous configuration, requests still occurred but 500 no longer appeared. This can be used as a reported temporary rollback while continuing to track the source issue.
