Local custom skills do not update Claude Code after updates

Local custom skills managed by cc-swtich do not update after the skills are updated, preventing another machine's custom skills from being updated through cloud sync.

Cause

When using Claude Code on Windows, the reporter imported local custom skills for cc-switch management, then updated the original local skills. The imported skills did not update accordingly, so another machine could not obtain the updated custom skills through cloud sync.

This issue was labeled as a bug and closed, but the original post contains no maintainer reply, fixed version, configuration change, or user-confirmed solution. Closure alone does not prove the issue was fixed.
