Automatic import copies Skills to ~/.cc-switch/skills/ and does not delete the source directory in ~/.agents/skills/.

The same set of skills remains in both directories:

Cause

In cc-switch 3.20.4, adding Skills from `~/.agents/skills/` to unified management copies them to `~/.cc-switch/skills/`, while leaving the source directory unchanged. After updating the managed copy, the two locations may contain different versions.

Because `~/.agents/skills/` remains a scan source for unmanaged Skills, the remaining copies may continue to appear as importable Skills and may trigger import again. This issue provides no confirmed fix or version.

Fix

  1. After automatic import, check both `~/.cc-switch/skills/` and `~/.agents/skills/`; current behavior retains the actual directories in both locations.

  2. To avoid duplicate copies or version mismatches, ask cc-switch for or wait for a confirmed option to clean up source copies; this issue provides no existing safe cleanup steps.
