cc-switch: two of the five default MCPs fail to add

Cause

In cc-switch, Fetch depends on the `uvx` command and Time depends on Python's `mcp-server-time`. On macOS, if these dependencies are not installed first with `pipx install uv` and `pipx install mcp-server-time`, adding these two MCPs fails immediately. In #136, the maintainer said all five MCPs worked in their tests and mentioned network issues as a possible cause. The user later replied that they found the problem but gave no further fix steps.

Fix

  1. Install the Fetch dependency on macOS: run `pipx install uv`.

  2. Install the Time dependency: run `pipx install mcp-server-time`. Time uses `command` `Pipx` with argument `run Mcp-server-time`; `env` can set `local-timezone`, for example `Asia/Shanghai`.

  3. If both MCPs still cannot be added, check the network; see https://github.com/upstash/context7/pull/723.
