Subagent call error: Claude Code PackyAPI

Quick fix

Retest after upgrading to 4.0.1 or later; this version fixed a parameter issue when Claude Code calls subagents through Responses conversion.

Cause

The issue involved the global proxy switch being enabled, calling subagents with GPT models through PackyAPI, and similar errors when using the Codex plugin via `/codex:rescue`. A comment noted that the subagent error persisted when using the CxtoCc API, while the Codex plugin worked normally. The maintainer said that version 4.0 rewrote local routing and model conversion; version 4.0.1 fixed tool arguments being forced to worktree isolation when Claude Code called subagents through Responses conversion.   1. Retest subagents and `/codex:rescue` after upgrading to 4.0.1 or later. Get the installer from the official Releases page: https://github.com/farion1231/cc-switch/releases/latest.

  2. If the issue still reproduces, provide the cc-switch version, provider and protocol format, and the complete error text.
