Agent model changes revert after saving and reopening the configuration — cc-switch
Quick fix
The maintainer said this should be fixed in v3.17.0. Try upgrading, saving again, and checking the Agent model. No user confirmed success in the thread.
Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”编辑上面的配置JSON,手动修改代理的模型后保存,刷新进来还是原来的,例如这里的 explore Agent模型从 `github-copilot/gpt-5-mini` 改为 `github-copilot/gpt-5.4` 点击保存 提示`供应商更新成功`,然后重新打开再进来还是之前的 `github-copilot/gpt-5-mini`After editing the configuration JSON above, manually changing the Agent model, and saving, reopening it still shows the original model. For example, changing the explore Agent model from `github-copilot/gpt-5-mini` to `github-copilot/gpt-5.4` and clicking save shows `供应商更新成功`, but reopening it still shows the previous `github-copilot/gpt-5-mini`.
The report concerns the cc-switch interface for editing a provider's Agent model. When using opencode + oh my opencode and copilot plan, editing and saving the configuration JSON shows a success message, but reopening it still shows the original model. The thread does not explain why the changes did not persist.
Try upgrading to cc-switch v3.17.0, then edit and save the Agent model again. The maintainer only said this “should be fixed in v3.17.0”; no user confirmed the fix in the thread.
Reopen the configuration and check whether the model retains the changed value. If it still reverts to the original model, open a new issue as the maintainer suggested.
