Cost always 0: GPT-6 Sol usage statistics in Codex

Cause

The built-in pricing seed in cc-switch 3.20.4 did not include `gpt-6-sol`. Therefore, when importing Codex sessions, tokens could be recorded but costs could not be calculated and were written as `0`. The main branch later added a seed for this model, but the fix was released after v3.20.4.

When no pricing is found, the Codex session import path writes all cost fields directly as `0` and produces no WARN or other user-visible notice. This differs from the `[USG-002]` warning behavior on the proxy path.

Fix

  1. Enable “Model Price Sync” in cc-switch Settings, then check the usage cost for GPT-6 Sol (`gpt-6-sol`) again.
