Kimi balance query unavailable - CC Switch Fix
Quick fix
Update cc-switch to the latest version; the backend has automatically fixed Kimi balance recognition.
Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”kimi和mimo余量查询功能不可用The Kimi and Mimo balance query feature is unavailable.
In version 3.16.1, the Kimi usage query interface in the cc-switch backend had a recognition issue that prevented users from viewing their balance. This was a software bug, not a user configuration error. According to Issue #3736, maintainers fixed it in a later version with automatic backend recognition, so users do not need to configure scripts or change settings manually. Note that the default pricing display issue mentioned in Issue #1590 (such as inconsistent currency semantics or resetting after deletion) is a separate frontend/database issue unrelated to unavailable balance queries. Both issues were reported and addressed around the same time.
Check that cc-switch is updated to the latest version (later than 3.16.1).
Restart the cc-switch app and try querying the Kimi balance again.

Section titled “Source Issues”This page is distilled from 2 real issues
- Do I need to configure a Kimi balance query script manually?
- No. cc-switch automatically detects and handles usage queries for Kimi For Coding; users do not need to add a script manually.
- Why is my default Kimi pricing shown in US dollars instead of Chinese yuan?
- This is a separate issue described in Issue #1590, involving inconsistent currency semantics in the frontend display and database seed data. It is unrelated to whether the balance query feature is available.
