系统找不到指定的文件。Error 2147942402 (0x80070002) (when starting "cmd /K C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\cc_switch_hermes_dashboard_22364.bat") The system cannot find the file specified.
This report occurred on Windows with CC Switch v3.16.0. The reporter confirmed that the related CLI, PATH, and bat file itself worked; the failure occurred when CC Switch built the child-process command, passing `cmd /K` and the bat path to Windows CreateProcess as one program name, which triggered `0x80070002`. The same local environment checks also showed a variant where an executable path was wrapped in extra quotes and could not be resolved after being passed to `cmd`.
The reporter said the bat ran normally after switching the preferred terminal to PowerShell. The maintainer said the issue substantially overlapped with Windows environment-detection fixes included in v3.16.0 / v3.16.1 and requested verification after upgrading to v3.16.1 or later. The original report did not include an independent reproduction result after upgrading, so it cannot confirm that this report was verified as fixed.
Upgrade CC Switch to v3.16.1 or later, then recheck the local environment detection and “open terminal and start” as requested by the maintainer.
For a temporary workaround, use PowerShell as the preferred terminal; the reporter said the bat ran correctly with this setting.
If the issue still reproduces consistently after upgrading, add the CC Switch version, operating system, related application versions, current provider or routing configuration, reproduction steps, and logs or screenshots to the source issue.
