baseUrl: Required Claude Desktop configuration not applied

Quick fix

Windows MSIX Claude Desktop must read 3P configuration from its Packages virtualization directory; the compatibility fix is currently only an submitted PR.

Symptom

On Windows, a Claude Desktop MSIX installation redirects 3P configuration reads and writes to `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Claude_pzs8sxrjxfjjc\LocalCache\Local\Claude-3p\configLibrary\`. cc-switch was reported to still write to the non-virtualized `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Claude-3p\configLibrary\`, so Claude Desktop does not see the updated `inferenceGatewayBaseUrl`. It may show `baseUrl: Required` or continue using the old `appliedId`.

This issue was reported with cc-switch 3.16.4, 3.16.5, and 3.20.0. Someone verified that Claude Desktop loaded normally after the complete configuration was manually written to the MSIX virtualized path. There is also a PR to detect this path automatically, but the original discussion does not state whether it was merged or released. It therefore cannot be considered officially fixed.

Fix

  1. Confirm whether Claude Desktop is installed through Microsoft Store/MSIX, and check whether its 3P configuration is located at `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Claude_pzs8sxrjxfjjc\LocalCache\Local\Claude-3p\configLibrary\`.

  2. As a verified workaround, sync the complete 3P configuration written by cc-switch to the MSIX virtualized directory that Claude Desktop actually reads; the automatic compatibility approach remains subject to the PR status in the source discussion.
