Last week I could still see the official 5-hour limit and weekly limit, but today they are gone.

These reports describe balance or usage information suddenly disappearing for Codex official accounts. Two macOS issues have the same content; a Windows user also reported that the card does not show usage, while the configuration usage-query subpage does.

The existing issues do not identify the specific mechanism causing the quota to disappear, nor do they confirm whether this affects free accounts. The maintainer said version 4.0 reworked quota and usage display, and that Codex official subscription quota and remaining reset count can be checked in the card and “Authorization Center.” The maintainer recommends re-testing on the latest version. Therefore, whether the issue still occurs in older versions needs to be confirmed by re-testing.

  1. Upgrade to the latest version and check the Codex official account quota display again. The maintainer said version 4.0 reworked quota and usage display; the latest version is available from the official Releases page: https://github.com/farion1231/cc-switch/releases/latest

  2. If it is still missing in the latest version, include the CC Switch version, login method (Codex CLI login or adding an account in Authorization Center), plan type, and logs in the issue for the maintainer to investigate.

Does a free account fail to show usage because it has no subscription?
Someone raised this question in the issue, but no answer was confirmed.
What information should I provide if the official subscription quota is still missing in the latest version?
The maintainer recommends providing the CC Switch version, login method, plan type, and logs.
