Cause

This issue occurred in cc-switch 3.16.1. The maintainer explained that the old Codex write method put third-party provider keys in auth.json, causing official ChatGPT login to appear as API login. The maintainer said v4.0.0 reworked the write method: third-party provider keys are written only to the custom table in config.toml and are no longer written to auth.json.
