Account does not exist: old UUID Codex
Quick fix
Upgrade to v3.20.4, then reselect and save the currently signed-in ChatGPT account in the Codex official provider card.
Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”账号不存在:`旧 UUID`Account does not exist: `旧 UUID`
After a ChatGPT account is removed or added again in the authentication center, its local account ID changes. The Codex official provider remains bound to the old ID, so switching reports that the account does not exist. This issue was fixed in v3.20.4.
After upgrading, the old ID is not rebound automatically. Manually select the current account once in the relevant provider card and save it.
Upgrade CC Switch to v3.20.4.
In the Codex official provider card, click “Select account”, select the ChatGPT account currently signed in to the authentication center, and save.
Switch to this provider again to confirm it works.
